We have been blessed with the opportunity of gaining experiences in all aspects of real estate, through our successes and failures both, but it has allowed us here at Owner Finance Foundation to truly give back to our community locally and nationally.
We noticed there was an ignorance around buying homes with owner financing, not by choice on the part of the majority, but ignorance as a result of lack of educational resources available to folks that were truly educational (aka, nothing hidden behind a paywall),
Our objective is to educate and empower home buyers with the essential knowledge and resources needed to make smart, well-thought decisions when it comes to buying their home, especially when turned down from banks due to only having ITIN, being self employed, or having bad credit. If we were able to save just one family from making a heart- breaking or stressful decision because of the resources and knowledge we are providing, it would all be worth it!
