Owner Finance Foundation was born out of a place of need. Through our years of experience in real estate, we noticed a very alarming trend: more and more homebuyers were uneducated about what their options and choices were when it came to buyer their dream homes with owner financing when rejected by banks. Bombarded with all of this marketing and information being thrown in their faces, we felt we had to step in and do something.
There are so many websites out there nowadays that aim to misinform for the reason of personal or monetary gain, and we find that absolutely sickening. We wanted to create a trusted source where a homebuyer could go and get their questions answered—whether it was questions about how buying their house from an investor works, to what tips and tricks I need to know if I’m buying my home directly from a seller.
